Food was hot fresh and delicious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Especially Fernando who helped us modify our order to our liking. I will be coming again !
Greeted right when we walked through the door, staff made suggestions when we left them know we'd never been to Charley's, quiet and comfortable when we sat down to eat, one of the staff members even came to our table and asked us if we needed sauces or ketchup for our meal, we got our food Super fast, everything was hot and the fries and chicken tenders were super crispy....the staff was REALLY pleasant. Will be coming back to the particular location again soon

I'm so happy they finally have a Charley's so close by. And my first impression was definitely a good one at this location. I went in debating what I wanted so I asked for a recommendation and the guy was super helpful with the two choices I was debating on. I believe his name was Daniel. He was very good with giving options especially with the drinks. While it may seem a bit small there's also seats outside for you to sit. They were quick with my order and they even brought it to us. The food tasted AMAZING!!!!!!!! I got the Chicken California & now I'm wondering, is this sandwich called something different at a different state, like Chicken Washington, Chicken Texas. Chicken Ohio Anywho. Good food & good environment great service.
I really liked this Charleys location. Since it's fairly new it is really clean, the staff is very friendly, and sometimes they give out samples at the front. The inside could get pretty packed but the area outside makes a lot of room for a good meal. Their sandwiches are really good and they give out little bear crackers to younger people there. Overall I really recommend this place.
